Reef Resorts: A digital backbone for 7 properties

Seven resorts running on four different legacy systems meant reports came in spreadsheets and decisions came late. Reservations, housekeeping, F&B, and guest data all lived in different places.

We built Luzo Suite — a multi-property platform with role-based access, real-time inventory across properties, and consolidated reporting. Each property kept its workflows; head office finally got a single source of truth.
